Return & Exchange Policy

At JewelryByTanysha, we would like to highlight that purchases made on sale/clearance items that show 'compare at' prices and can be found on the sale page, and items that show "final sale" at the time of purchase, including discounts are not eligible for refunds or exchanges


For returns,the eligible items can be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery exchange within 14 days of delivery.

If a customer returns an unapproved product, including used products, it will be rejected . JewelryByTanysha is not responsible for unauthorized returns that are lost or damaged in transit. After the return is received, it will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Please allow up to 10 business days from when we receive your return for your store credit to be processed. Business days are Monday-Saturday excluding national holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email of the refund, credit issued, or the new order placed. 


For exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the item. Original and additional shipping costs paid by the customer will NOT be refunded. 

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.Once we receive and inspect the item, if approved we will send you a fresh piece within 3 days, depending on the availability of the item in stock. However, should the returned item not meet the guidelines.

NOTE :- JewelryByTanysha has the right to deny a RETURN or EXCHANGE.

  • In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
  • In all original packaging (box and pouch included)

How do I start the exchange?

Send us an email at requesting your return label. Don’t forget to include the following:

-The order number (Don’t worry if you don’t have one. The original purchaser’s full name and email address also help us track down the order)

-The address where the jewelry will be shipped from

-The email address associated with your JewelryByTanysha account so we can apply the credit once processed.

Note: Original shipping fees, duties and/or taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in the credited amount.
